Illinois High School Lacrosse - Plainfield Co-op drops to Lockport

Lockport Porters (Lockport, IL) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Plainfield Co-op Cheetahs (Plainfield, IL), 16-2 in a league battle.

The Porters now own a 13-0 record. They take the field next when they host Marist for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 30. Lockport will clash with a RedHawks squad coming off a 14-10 non-league loss to Lincoln-Way Central (New Lenox, IL). The RedHawks record now stands at 6-2.

In their next game, the Cheetahs clash with the Providence Catholic Celtics (New Lenox, IL) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, April 28. Plainfield Co-op will attempt to advance on its 3-6 season record. The Celtics come into the battle with a 0-3 record after their 12-4 league loss to Trinity (River Forest, IL).
