The crowd at Wednesday's league test between the East Duplin Panthers (Beulaville, NC) and the host South Lenoir Blue Devils (Deep Run, NC), saw East Duplin's soccer squad triumph over South Lenoir by a count of 9-0.

The Panthers now hold a 11-7 record. They play next when they host James Kenan for a East Central 2A test on Friday, April 29. East Duplin will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 5-1 non-league loss to Midway (Dunn, NC). The Tigers record now stands at 7-5.

With the loss, South Lenoir drops to 4-8 on the season. The Blue devils host Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC) to meet the Bulldogs in a East Central 2A test on Tuesday, May 3. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 5-8. Wallace-Rose Hill lost 4-0 in their recent league test against Southwest Onslow (Jacksonville, NC)
