The Shakopee Sabers softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Apple Valley Eagles to 0 in the Sabers non-league triumph on Wednesday.
With the triumph, Shakopee moves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Sabers host Burnsville (Burnsville, MN) to clash with the Blaze in a non-league game on Thursday, April 28. The Blaze come into the game with a record of 1-2.
In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Lakeville North Panthers (Lakeville, MN) in a South Suburban Conference game, on Thursday, April 28. Apple Valley will attempt to move on its 0-7 season record. The Panthers come into the game with a 3-2 record after their 10-5 league win over Eagan (Eagan, MN).
