North Union Wildcats (Richwood, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Benjamin Logan Raiders (Bellefontaine, OH), 14-7 in a league challenge.

The Wildcats now own a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they host Urbana for a Central Buckeye - Mad River challenge on Thursday, April 28. North Union will face a Hillclimbers squad coming off a 13-0 league loss to Indian Lake (Lewistown, OH). The Hillclimbers record now stands at 1-10.

With the loss, Benjamin Logan falls to 3-5 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Northwestern (Springfield, OH) to face the Warriors in a Central Buckeye - Mad River challenge on Thursday, April 28. The Warriors enter the challenge with a record of 4-9. Northwestern lost 5-1 in their recent league challenge against Graham Local (St. Paris, OH)
