The Fleming Colonels softball team (Roanoke, VA), was routed 16-7 in Wednesday's league test with the visiting Northside Vikings (Roanoke, VA)
Coming up next, the Vikings clash with the Blacksburg Bruins (Blacksburg, VA) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 28. Northside will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Bruins come into the test with a 9-5 record after their 13-3 league win over Pulaski County (Dublin, VA).
The Colonels (2-9) will now prepare for their test against Northside (Roanoke, VA). The Vikings come into the Blue Ridge test with a 8-6 record. In their last test, Northside overcame Blacksburg (Blacksburg, VA), 4-3, in a non-league test.
