The Manhattan Tigers (Manhattan, MT) softball routed the visiting Powell County Wardens (Deer Lodge, MT), 17-2 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Tigers (2-0) will now prepare for their bout against Thompson Falls (Thompson Falls, MT). The Blue Hawks go into the non-league bout with a 5-5 record. In their last bout, Thompson Falls toppled Lincoln County (Eureka, MT), 5-2, in a league bout.

The Wardens now possess a 0-7 record. They play next when they host Anaconda for a B District 6B bout on Thursday, April 28.
