California High School Baseball - Bell nudged by South Gate

The South Gate Rams nudged the host Bell Eagles baseball team by a tally of 3-2 in Thursday's league bout.

The Rams now hold a 10-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Roybal for a non-league bout on Friday, April 28. South Gate will face a Titans team coming off a 8-3 non-league loss to Verdugo Hills (Tujunga, CA). The Titans record now stands at 13-3.

Next, the Eagles face the Marshall Barristers (Los Angeles, CA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 29. Bell will attempt to advance on its 12-7 season record. The Barristers enter the bout with a 14-8 record after their 13-0 league win over Lincoln (Los Angeles, CA).
