The Wheeling Park Patriots crushed the visiting Bridgeport Indians baseball team by a count of 11-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Patriots now possess a 17-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to University for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 29. Wheeling Park will face a Hawks team coming off a 9-0 non-league win over Shaler Area (Pittsburgh, PA). The Hawks record now stands at 16-8.
Next, the Indians face the Spring Valley Timberwolves (Huntington, WV) in a non-league bout, on Friday, April 28. Bridgeport will attempt to move on its 13-10 season record. The Timberwolves enter the bout with a 18-6 record after their 6-4 league loss to Hurricane (Hurricane, WV).
