The Chippewa Falls Cardinals baseball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting Eau Claire North Huskies to 4 in the Cardinals league victory on Thursday.

The Cardinals (7-2) will now prepare for their match against Holmen (Holmen, WI). The Vikings go into the non-league match with a 4-5 record. In their last match, Holmen ran past Gale-Ettrick-Trempealeau (Galesville, WI), 11-9, in a non-league match.

The Huskies (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Marshfield (Marshfield, WI). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 7-2 record. In their last match, Marshfield was overwhelmed by Mosinee (Mosinee, WI), 4-0, in a non-league match.
