In Thursday's league game, the visiting Uintah Utes baseball team scored a tight 8-4 victory over the Hillcrest Huskies.

The Utes (8-10) will now prepare for their game against Cedar Valley (Eagle Mountain, UT). The Aviators go into the 5A Region 7 game with a 9-11 record. In their last game, Cedar Valley tipped East (Salt Lake City, UT), 4-3, in a non-league game.

The Huskies (1-13) will now prepare for their game against Stansbury (Stansbury Park, UT). The Stallions go into the 5A Region 7 game with a 12-6 record. In their last game, Stansbury tipped Payson (Payson, UT), 6-4, in a league game.
