New Jersey High School Baseball - Salem loses to Pitman

The Pitman Panthers crushed the visiting Salem Rams baseball team by a count of 9-1 in Thursday's league bout.

The Panthers now possess a 6-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wildwood for a Tri-County - Classic bout on Monday, May 1. Pitman will face a Warriors team coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Lower Cape May (Cape May, NJ). The Warriors record now stands at 6-4.

Next, the Rams face the Pennsville Memorial Eagles (Pennsville, NJ) in a Tri-County - Classic bout, on Monday, May 1. Salem will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record.
