The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Warren Bears (Downey, CA) and the visiting Peninsula Panthers (Rolling Hills Estates, CA), saw Warren's volleyball squad nip Peninsula by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Warren upgrades its record to 17-5 on the year. The Bears travel to El Segundo (El Segundo, CA) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, April 29. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 19-3. El Segundo won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against La Serna (Whittier, CA)

The Panthers now own a 15-11 record.
