Mount St. Charles Academy Mounties (Woonsocket, RI) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Coventry Oakers (Coventry, RI), 12-3 in a league battle.

The Mounties now have a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tiverton for a Division 4 battle on Tuesday, May 2. Mount St. Charles Academy will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 11-7 league loss to North Providence (North Providence, RI). The Tigers record now stands at 0-8.

In their next game, the Oakers clash with the Lincoln Lions (Lincoln, RI) in a Division 4 battle, on Tuesday, May 2. Coventry will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Lions come into the battle with a 2-5 record after their 10-2 league loss to North Smithfield (North Smithfield, RI).
