Central Rockets (Burlington, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Dundee-Crown Chargers (Carpentersville, IL), 13-0 in a league challenge.
The Rockets now own a 3-1 record.
With the loss, Dundee-Crown falls to 0-9 on the campaign. The Chargers host Grant Community (Fox Lake, IL) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 28. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 1-0.
