The Barrington Fillies/Broncos routed the visiting Hoffman Estates Hawks softball squad by a final score of 13-0 in Thursday's league battle.

The Fillies/Broncos (16-4) will now prepare for their battle against Elk Grove (Elk Grove Village, IL). The Grenadiers go into the Mid-Suburban East battle with a 7-7 record. In their last battle, Elk Grove was routed by Prospect (Mt. Prospect, IL), 7-0, in a league battle.

The Hawks now possess a 1-14 record. They play next when they host Hersey for a Mid-Suburban East battle on Friday, April 28. Hoffman Estates will meet a Huskies squad coming off a 15-0 league win over Wheeling (Wheeling, IL). The Huskies record now stands at 10-4.
