The Penn Kingsmen softball team scored 3 runs and limited the visiting Edwardsburg Eddies to 1 in the Kingsmen non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Penn improves its record to 13-3 on the year. The Kingsmen travel to Mishawaka Marian (Mishawaka, IN) to clash with the Knights in a Northern Indiana game on Monday, May 1. The Knights come into the game with a record of 5-5. Mishawaka Marian lost 4-1 in their recent league game against South Bend Riley (South Bend, IN)
In their next game, the Eddies clash with the Lakeshore Lancers (Stevensville, MI) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 29. Edwardsburg will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record.
