The Our Lady of Mercy Academy Mustangs softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Harborfields Tornadoes to 9 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Our Lady of Mercy Academy improves its record to 4-4 on the year. The Mustangs host Monsignor McClancy (Queens, NY) to clash with the Crusaders in a non-league game on Saturday, April 29. The Crusaders come into the game with a record of 0-0.
In their next game, the Tornadoes clash with the West Babylon Eagles (West Babylon, NY) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 28. Harborfields will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 3-6 record after their 16-4 non-league loss to Kings Park (Kings Park, NY).
