North Carolina High School Softball - Lejeune Jones

April 27, 2023: Camp Lejeune, NC 28547

The Jones Trojans softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Lejeune Devil Pups to 5 in the Trojans league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Jones improves its record to 9-6 on the year. The Trojans host Northside - Pinetown (Pinetown, NC) to clash with the Panthers in a Coastal Plains 1A/2A game on Tuesday, May 2. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 15-3. Northside - Pinetown won 9-2 in their recent league game against East Carteret (Beaufort, NC)

In their next game, the Devil Pups clash with the Southside Seahawks (Chocowinity, NC) in a Coastal Plains 1A/2A game, on Tuesday, May 2. Lejeune will attempt to improve on its 5-12 season record.
