The Kingsville Tigers softball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Midway Vikings to 6 in the Tigers league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Kingsville moves its record to 1-8 on the year. The Tigers travel to Northwest (Hughesville, MO) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 2. The Mustangs come into the game with a record of 5-4.
In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Northeast Vernon County Knights (Walker, MO) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 28. Midway will attempt to move on its 5-7 season record. The Knights come into the game with a 7-10 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Miami (Amoret, MO).
