Wauconda Bulldogs (Wauconda, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Round Lake Panthers (Round Lake, IL), 19-0 in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 14-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Evanston for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 28. Wauconda will face a Wildkits squad coming off a 12-0 league loss to Maine South (Park Ridge, IL). The Wildkits record now stands at 4-9.

With the loss, Round Lake falls to 0-14 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Lakes (Lake Villa, IL) to face the Eagles in a Northern Lake County challenge on Tuesday, May 2. The Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 4-16.
