The South Elgin Storm softball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Streamwood Sabres to 0 in the Storm league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, South Elgin moves its record to 13-4 on the year. The Storm travel to Lake Park (Roselle, IL) to clash with the Lancers in a non-league game on Saturday, April 29. The Lancers come into the game with a record of 11-6.
