In Saturday's non-league game, the host Waterford Wolverines baseball team scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Antioch Sequoits.
The Wolverines (3-8) will now prepare for their game against Beloit Memorial (Beloit, WI). The Purple Knights go into the Southern Lakes game with a 0-5 record.
The Sequoits (8-11) will now prepare for their game against Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL). The Knights go into the Northern Lake County game with a 11-9 record. In their last game, Grayslake North tipped Johnsburg (Johnsburg, IL), 8-4, in a non-league game.
