The St. John Paul II Lions baseball team scored 3 runs and limited the visiting Barnstable Red Hawks to 1 in the Lions non-league victory on Saturday.
The Lions (6-3) will now prepare for their match against Carver (Carver, MA). The Crusaders go into the non-league match with a 4-5 record. In their last match, Carver edged Nantucket (Nantucket, MA), 7-4, in a non-league match.
The Red Hawks (7-2) will now prepare for their match against Nauset Regional (North Eastham, MA). The Warriors go into the non-league match with a 9-1 record.
