The Hermon Hawks the visiting Caribou Vikings baseball team by a count of 8-5 in Saturday's league bout.
The Hawks now possess a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ellsworth for a Class B North bout on Tuesday, April 30. Hermon will face a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Old Town (Old Town, ME). The Eagles record now stands at 3-1.
Next, the Vikings face the Houlton Shiretowners (Houlton, ME) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, May 1. Caribou will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Shiretowners enter the bout with a 1-3 record after their 14-8 non-league loss to Presque Isle (Presque Isle, ME).
