The Carlsbad Cavemen baseball team scored 12 runs and limited the visiting Roswell Coyotes to 2 in the Cavemen league victory on Saturday.
The Cavemen (16-7) will now prepare for their match against Roswell (Roswell, NM). The Coyotes go into the 5A District 4 match with a 10-11 record. In their last match, Roswell was overwhelmed by Carlsbad (Carlsbad, NM), 15-2, in a league match.
