St. Mark's Spartans (Wilmington, DE) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Appoquinimink Jaguars (West Middletown, DE), 9-5 in a non-league battle.

The Spartans now have a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host Ursuline Academy for a non-league battle on Monday, April 29. St. Mark's will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 16-6 non-league loss to Caesar Rodney (Camden, DE). The Raiders record now stands at 5-5.

In their next game, the Jaguars clash with the Christiana Vikings (Newark, DE) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, May 1. Appoquinimink will attempt to move on its 2-7 season record. The Vikings come into the battle with a 2-7 record after their 18-9 league loss to Brandywine (Wilmington, DE).
