The Whitman-Hanson Regional Panthers lacrosse team scored 9 points and held the visiting Barnstable Red Hawks to 6 in the Panthers non-league win on Saturday.
The Panthers (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Marshfield (Marshfield, MA). The Rams go into the Patriot match with a 5-2 record. In their last match, Marshfield by Lincoln-Sudbury (Sudbury, MA), 13-6, in a non-league match.
The Red Hawks (2-7) will now prepare for their match against Nauset Regional (North Eastham, MA). The Warriors go into the Cape and Islands - Atlantic match with a 0-2 record.
