Alabama High School Softball - Elkmont bounces Brindlee Mountain

The Elkmont Red Devils routed the host Brindlee Mountain Lions softball squad by a final score of 11-0 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Red Devils (14-12) will now prepare for their battle against Danville (Danville, AL). The Hawks go into the non-league battle with a 19-16 record. In their last battle, Danville was routed by Elkmont (Elkmont, AL), 4-0, in a league battle.
The Lions now possess a 7-19 record. They play next when they travel to Madison Academy for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 27. Brindlee Mountain will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 8-1 non-league win over New Hope (New Hope, AL). The Mustangs record now stands at 24-3.
