The Riverdale Country Falcons softball team scored 18 runs and limited the host Dalton Tigers to 15 in the Falcons league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Riverdale Country moves its record to 2-7 on the year. The Falcons host Trinity (New York, NY) to clash with the Tigers in a game on Monday, April 29. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 2-4. Trinity won 8-7 in their recent non-league game against Rye Country Day (Rye, NY)

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Portledge Panthers (Locust Valley, NY) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, May 1. Dalton will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Panthers come into the game with a 2-0 record after their 18-2 league win over Luther (Maspeth, NY).
