Velva/Drake/Anamoose Aggies (Velva, ND) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Northern Cass Jaguars (Hunter, ND), 12-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Aggies now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Nedrose for a Class B - Region 4 challenge on Tuesday, April 30.

With the loss, Northern Cass falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Jaguars travel to Beulah (Beulah, ND) to battle the Goldiggers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 27. The Goldiggers enter the challenge with a record of 7-1. Beulah won 21-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Hazen (Hazen, ND)
