In Thursday's league game, the host Amherst Falcons baseball team scored a tight 11-5 victory over the Weyauwega-Fremont Indians.
The Falcons (11-0) will now prepare for their game against Pacelli (Stevens Point, WI). The Cardinals go into the non-league game with a 7-4 record. In their last game, Pacelli was overwhelmed by Edgar (Edgar, WI), 8-5, in a non-league game.
The Indians (8-4) will now prepare for their game against Omro (Omro, WI). The Foxes go into the non-league outing with a 2-9 record.
