The Blue Ridge Fighting Tigers baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Berea Bulldogs to 0 in the Fighting Tigers league victory on Thursday.
The Fighting Tigers (7-5) will now prepare for their match against Berea (Greenville, SC). The Bulldogs go into the AAA Region 2 match with a 10-14 record. In their last match, Berea was overwhelmed by Laurens Academy (Laurens, SC), 7-5, in a non-league match.
The Bulldogs (10-16) will now prepare for their match against Blue Ridge (Greer, SC). The Fighting Tigers go into the AAA Region 2 match with a 5-5 record. In their last match, Blue Ridge was overwhelmed by Broome (Spartanburg, SC), 5-2, in a non-league match.
