Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences Patriots (Chattanooga, TN) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host East Ridge Pioneers (Chattanooga, TN), 17-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences upgrades its record to 9-18 on the season. The Patriots host Chattanooga Central (Harrison, TN) to battle the Pounders in a non-league test on Friday, April 29. The Pounders come into the test with a record of 9-10. Chattanooga Central won 13-8 in their recent league test against Red Bank (Chattanooga, TN)

With the defeat, East Ridge falls to 1-13 on the season.
