In Thursday's non-league game, the host Dardanelle Sand Lizards baseball team scored a tight 7-6 victory over the Ozark Hillbillies.
The Sand Lizards (21-7) will now prepare for their game against Morrilton (Morrilton, AR). The Devil Dogs go into the 4A Region 4 game with a 28-3 record. In their last game, Morrilton tipped Heber Springs (Heber Springs, AR), 14-3, in a non-league game.
The Hillbillies (17-14) will now prepare for their game against Rogers (Rogers, AR). The Mountaineers go into the non-league game with a 37-5 record. In their last game, Rogers tipped Har-Ber (Springdale, AR), 7-3, in a league game.
