The Edwards-Knox Cougars baseball team scored 29 runs and limited the host Morristown Central Rockets to 13 in the Cougars league victory on Thursday.

The Cougars (3-0) will now prepare for their match against Lisbon Central (Lisbon, NY). The Golden Knights go into the Section 10 West match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, Lisbon Central gained a win over Potsdam (Potsdam, NY), 15-12, in a non-league match.

The Rockets (0-2) will now prepare for their match against Hermon-DeKalb Central (DeKalb Junction, NY). The Demons go into the Section 10 West match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Hermon-DeKalb Central was overwhelmed by Heuvelton Central (Heuvelton, NY), 12-4, in a league match.
