The Franklin Wildcats baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Monroe Hornets to 9 in the Wildcats league victory on Thursday.
The Wildcats (3-8) will now prepare for their match against Wyoming (Cincinnati, OH). The Cowboys go into the non-league match with a 5-5 record. In their last match, Wyoming was edged by Reading (Reading, OH), 3-2, in a league match.
The Hornets (6-7) will now prepare for their match against Carlisle (Carlisle, OH). The Indians go into the non-league match with a 12-2 record. In their last match, Carlisle tipped Anna (Anna, OH), 10-4, in a non-league match.
