California High School Baseball - Redwood nips Hanford

In Thursday's league challenge, the Redwood Rangers (Visalia, CA) baseball squad edged the visiting Hanford Bullpups (Hanford, CA), by a final score of 5-4.

With the win, Redwood upgrades its record to 14-8 on the season. The Rangers travel to El Diamante (Visalia, CA) to battle the Miners in a West Yosemite challenge on Tuesday, May 3. The Miners come into the challenge with a record of 9-14. El Diamante won 5-3 in their recent league challenge against Mt. Whitney (Visalia, CA)

With the defeat, Hanford falls to 15-8 on the season. The Bullpups host Golden West (Visalia, CA) to battle the Trailblazers in a West Yosemite challenge on Tuesday, May 3.
