The East Gaston Warriors smashed the visiting Highland Tech Rams soccer squad by a margin of 4-0 in Thursday's league match.
The Warriors now sport a 11-2 record. They play next when they travel to Bessemer City for a Southern Piedmont 1A/2A match on Friday, April 29. East Gaston will encounter a Yellow Jackets squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Cherryville (Cherryville, NC). The Yellow Jackets record now stands at 1-11.
With the loss, Highland Tech drops to 5-5 on the season. The Rams travel to Bessemer City (Bessemer City, NC) to encounter the Yellow Jackets in a Southern Piedmont 1A/2A match on Monday, May 2.
