Big Spring Bulldogs (Newville, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Shippensburg Greyhounds (Shippensburg, PA), 19-9 in a league test.

With the win, Big Spring upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Middletown (Middletown, PA) to battle the Blue Raiders in a non-league test on Friday, April 29. The Blue Raiders come into the test with a record of 0-2.

With the defeat, Shippensburg falls to 5-7 on the season. The Greyhounds host Gettysburg (Gettysburg, PA) to battle the Warriors in a non-league test on Friday, April 29. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 4-5. Gettysburg won 16-13 in their recent league test against Spring Grove (Spring Grove, PA)
