Waterford Lancers (Waterford, CT) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Bacon Academy Bobcats (Colchester, CT), 8-2 in a non-league test.

The Lancers now have a 8-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Guilford for a non-league test on Saturday, May 7.

In their next game, the Bobcats face the Norwich Free Academy Wildcats (Norwich, CT) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 30. Bacon Academy will attempt to move on its 4-3 season record. The Wildcats come into the test with a 3-3 record after their 20-11 league win over Woodstock Academy (Woodstock, CT).
