In Thursday's non-league test, the host Nipmuc Regional Warriors lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-10 victory over the Doherty Memorial Highlanders.
The Warriors now have a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wachusett Regional for a non-league test on Saturday, April 30. Nipmuc Regional will face a Mountaineers squad coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Westford Academy (Westford, MA). The Mountaineers record now stands at 3-4.
In their next game, the Highlanders face the Advanced Math & Science Academy Eagles (Marlborough, MA) in a non-league test, on Friday, May 13. Doherty Memorial will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
