Highland Hawks (Warrenton, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Fredericksburg Academy Falcons (Fredericksburg, VA), 14-8 in a league battle.

The Hawks now have a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they host Fredericksburg Academy for a VISAA Division 3 battle on Friday, May 6.

In their next game, the Falcons clash with the Fredericksburg Christian Eagles (Fredericksburg, VA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 2. Fredericksburg Academy will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 2-3 record after their 16-7 league loss to Saint John Paul the Great Catholic (Dumfries, VA).
