Pennsylvania High School Softball - Pequea Valley topped by Annville-Cleona

In Thursday's league contest, the Annville-Cleona Dutchmen (Annville, PA) softball team overwhelmed the host Pequea Valley Braves (Kinzers, PA), by a margin of 14-4.

With the triumph, Annville-Cleona moves its record to 9-5 on the year. The Dutchmen host Spring Grove (Spring Grove, PA) to play the Rockets in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 30. The Rockets come into the contest with a record of 2-11. Spring Grove lost 7-0 in their recent league contest against Dallastown (Dallastown, PA)

In their next game, the Braves play the Lancaster Mennonite Blazers (Lancaster, PA) in a Lancaster-Lebanon Section 4 contest, on Monday, May 2. Pequea Valley will attempt to move on its 2-10 season record. The Blazers come into the contest with a 3-8 record after their 15-0 league loss to Annville-Cleona (Annville, PA).
