The Campolindo Cougars softball team scored 18 runs and limited the visiting Mt. Diablo Red Devils to 5 in the Cougars league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Campolindo moves its record to 4-8 on the year. The Cougars host Acalanes (Lafayette, CA) to play the Dons in a Diablo - Valley game on Monday, May 2. The Dons come into the game with a record of 7-9. Acalanes won 15-2 in their recent league game against Miramonte (Orinda, CA)

In their next game, the Red Devils play the Ygnacio Valley Wolves (Concord, CA) in a Diablo - Valley game, on Tuesday, May 3. Mt. Diablo will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Wolves come into the game with a 5-9 record after their 14-0 league loss to Las Lomas (Walnut Creek, CA).
