North Carolina High School Softball - Cannon bounces Charlotte Latin

The Cannon Cougars routed the host Charlotte Latin Hawks softball squad by a final score of 11-0 in Thursday's league battle.

The Cougars (10-7) will now prepare for their battle against Charlotte Country Day School (Charlotte, NC). The Buccaneers go into the NCISAA Charlotte battle with a 6-10 record. In their last battle, Charlotte Country Day School was routed by Charlotte Christian (Charlotte, NC), 12-1, in a league battle.

The Hawks now possess a 4-11 record. They play next when they travel to Covenant Day for a NCISAA Charlotte battle on Tuesday, May 3.
