Spectators at Thursday's league match between the Fremont Pathfinders (Los Angeles, CA) and the visiting Locke Saints (Los Angeles, CA), witnessed Fremont's softball squad tip Locke by a count of 13-6.

The Pathfinders now sport a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Port of Los Angeles for a Coliseum match on Tuesday, May 3. Fremont will face a Polar Bears squad coming off a 6-5 league loss to Harbor Teacher (Wilmington, CA). The Polar Bears record now stands at 9-2.

With the loss, Locke moves to 2-10 on the season. The Saints host Discovery (Pacoima, CA) to face the Warriors in a non-league match on Wednesday, May 4. The Warriors go into the match with a record of 1-0. Discovery won 22-12 in their recent league match against Sun Valley Magnet (Sun Valley, CA)
