Massachusetts High School Softball - Greater Lowell Tech bounces Lowell Catholic

The Greater Lowell Tech Gryphons routed the host Lowell Catholic Crusaders softball squad by a final score of 15-3 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Gryphons (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Greater Lawrence Tech (Andover, MA). The Reggies go into the Commonwealth Upper battle with a 3-5 record. In their last battle, Greater Lawrence Tech was routed by Nashoba Valley Tech (Westford, MA), 23-11, in a non-league battle.

The Crusaders now possess a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to North Middlesex Regional for a non-league battle on Monday, May 2. Lowell Catholic will meet a Patriots squad coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Lunenburg (Lunenburg, MA). The Patriots record now stands at 4-6.
