Connecticut High School Softball - Harding loses to Wilbur Cross

The Wilbur Cross Governors softball team scored 19 runs and limited the host Harding Presidents to 9 in the Governors non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Wilbur Cross improves its record to 3-5 on the year. The Governors host Shelton (Shelton, CT) to clash with the Gaels in a non-league game on Friday, April 29. The Gaels come into the game with a record of 5-3. Shelton lost 16-9 in their recent non-league game against Sacred Heart Academy (Hamden, CT)
In their next game, the Presidents clash with the Bullard-Havens Tigers (Bridgeport, CT) in a non-league game, on Thursday, May 5. Harding will attempt to improve on its 2-8 season record.
