With the win, Lindenhurst upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season.
With the defeat, Central Islip falls to 2-12 on the season. The Musketeers travel to Commack (Commack, NY) to battle the Cougars in a Section 11 AA-1 test on Tuesday, May 2. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 4-1. Commack won 10-1 in their recent non-league test against Walt Whitman (Huntington Station, NY)
