The Irondequoit Eagles baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Pittsford Panthers to 3 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.
The Eagles (7-5) will now prepare for their match against Greece Arcadia (Rochester, NY). The Titans go into the non-league match with a 4-10 record. In their last match, Greece Arcadia gained a win over Greece Odyssey (Rochester, NY), 6-3, in a non-league challenge.
With the defeat, Pittsford falls to 3-2 on the season. The Panthers host Irondequoit (Rochester, NY) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Friday, May 5. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 7-5.
